Once you have filled in your invoice details, click the Download PDF button. A clean print-ready version of your invoice will open in a new tab. From there, use your browser to save it as a PDF (File → Print → Save as PDF or use Ctrl+P and choose PDF as the destination).

Yes. When setting up a client in invoice.kit, you can upload your business logo and it will appear on every invoice generated for that client. Each client can have its own logo and brand color.

invoice.kit supports all major currencies including NPR, USD, AUD, GBP, EUR, INR, SGD, and more. You can set a different currency for each client.

Yes. invoice.kit lets you mark invoices as Paid, Pending, or Unpaid from the invoice history. The earnings dashboard shows a breakdown of paid vs outstanding amounts so you always know where you stand.
